Terms & Conditions


These terms govern your use of, and purchases from, the domain www.molo.us and their subdomains and will be valid for all your future transactions with Molo A/S (referred to as ‘we,’ ‘us’ and ‘our’) and visits to our website.


You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by clicking the ‘Place order’ button. Please ensure you read and understand these Terms and Conditions when using our site. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions, and you, as a user, are responsible for keeping yourself updated with such changes.


Shipping & Handling

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Denmark to the United States via FedEx, where you can choose between Standard or Express home delivery. Keep an eye on your package's delivery status and ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive it securely. For orders under $500, FedEx can deliver your package to your doorstep without a signature. If FedEx provides photo proof of delivery, the package's safety becomes your responsibility. For purchases over $500, FedEx will require a signature upon delivery. 


The estimated delivery time and cost are shown in the table below and include packaging costs and handling.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours on weekdays (national holidays excluded). The handling process may be longer during sale periods. 


Once your order is ready for dispatch, we'll send you an email with a tracking link. Should delays occur on the carrier side, we cannot be held liable. However, if the delivery takes more than four weeks, you'll get the opportunity to cancel your order altogether.


All prices on our website include all import duties and applicable taxes. 




We have made it easy and safe for you to shop with us and offer the following online payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and PayPal.


Please note this is an international payment, and your bank or credit card issuer may charge you a foreign transaction fee. Foreign transaction fees can vary depending on your credit card issuer and typically range from 1% to 4% of the transaction price. To learn more about your options, we recommend calling your bank or checking your credit card's terms and conditions before purchasing.




We are happy to accept returns in the same condition you received: unworn or unused, with tags and labels intact and in their original packaging. You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, including discounted goods. 


To start a return, fill out the return form included in your parcel and send the items back to us using the pre-paid FedEx return label. Please note that we charge a return and handling fee of $15 when you use the return label, no matter the amount of returned items.


You can also arrange delivery with a carrier of your preference directly to our warehouse at the following address:

Using a carrier other than FedEx or the pre-paid label will make you liable for all shipping costs, including customs fees. 


Pack the returned goods securely to avoid damage during transport. Feel free to use the same shipping bag we sent you, as it has a resealable closure. 



If you wish to exchange an item for another size or product, you must place a new order at our website and return the initially received items within 30 days, as described above. This way, you are ensured that the requested size or product is available. 



Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is inaccurate, defective, or damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



We always strive to ensure our products are of the highest quality. Still, sometimes mistakes happen, and a product is not up to our usual high standards. If this is the case, get in touch with us immediately so we can rectify the mistake.


As a customer, you have a two-year legal warranty. It means you have the right to complain about a faulty item within two years and that we will try to repair it before offering you a new one. If this is not possible, you will get your money back if the complaint is justified and not due to any fault or misuse on your part.


It would be best if you made the complaint at a reasonable time after you have noticed the defect. We always consider a claim valid if received within two months after you purchased it. If you wish to complain, contact us by telephone or mail. 


How to shop at Molo

You must be 18 years old to shop at our website or have permission from your parents or guardian. There are five steps involved in purchasing at our website:

  1. Find the item(s) you want and put them in your cart, then go to checkout

  2. Fill in your personal information

  3. Choose a method of shipment

  4. Review your order and accept the Terms & Conditions

  5. Choose your payment method and approve the order


Your card will be charged once your order has left our warehouse. 


We have implemented 3D Secure to enhance the security of online credit card payments. 3D Secure is a common name for security standards Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. The 3D Secure adds an extra security step to the payment process. You will receive a one-time password by text message, which you must enter with your credit card information.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order if there is a suspicion of fraud or, in case of bad faith, for example, an obvious price misprint on our website.


Personal data at the time of purchase

When you shop online at our website, we ask you to provide personal data, including your full name, address, email, and telephone number.


The purpose of gathering this information is to deliver your order. Personal data provided to us is kept for five years, after which it gets deleted. We always ensure that you have given us express consent to provide us with your data and that you understand how we use your data. Our Director and those responsible for the data have access to your information. We do not save encrypted customer information or transmit encrypted customer information. 


Information provided will never be forwarded or sold to a third party, nor will we register any private, personal data.


We register your email when you sign up for our newsletter, but we never share it with anyone else. When you fill in your telephone number, you only allow us to contact you via text message to inform you about your order. Please note that you accept our data policy when using our website and our use of cookies. 


You can retain your right to object to the registration and to know which data we have registered about you. The Danish law governing personal information guarantees these rights. You are welcome to send any inquiries regarding this law to us.



We use cookies to optimize our website and its functions. The cookies will remember that you have visited the site, what you have placed in your cart, and which language and currency you prefer.


You can delete cookies by choosing 'Tools' in your browser and clicking on 'Internet Settings.’ Then click on 'Delete cookies' and then ‘OK’. After this, all your registered information will be deleted from your computer.


Third-party (web statistics)

We use Google Analytics to analyze how our users use our website. The information gathered about your use by cookies is sent to and saved on Google's server in the US. You can use google's opt-out option at Google Analytics: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
